1984

In 1984, IS2 was born a company with a firm foot in the Engineering, Networking and Telecomunications industry and provides maintenance IT service

The IS2 Repair Centre reaches important homologations of equipment and devices from major worlwide fabricators, developing an important mark in R&D that allows us to desing all sorts of tech solutions.

1992

In 1992, Poas Mantenimiento starts an innovative service plan. This plan is focused on the Exchange Swap of Payment Methods, the installation and maintenance of computer sistemas and a key tech vision integrated through all the processes via their Vulcano ERP application.

In 2013, Poas Mantenimiento absorbs IS2 and restructures all its activity under one roof, Grupo Poas.

With its own business models for development and control of processes, it gathers toguether under the same name a company that offers services in the Egineering processes, Telecom infrastructures, Payment Methods, tech and computing systems.

The constant investment in R&D throught the years has allowed us to take on the most demanding commitments of the digital market with our tech solutions.

2004

Born in 2004, with the firm purpose to manage the externalization processes for big clientes and offer personalized and flexible solutions based on process optimization which give support to the business operations. With our innovative and flexible management, we have developed our methodological and technical knowledge to align to the clients needs during their business processes. We have surpassed all level indicators marked by our clients. Very demanding clients. Market leaders.

In 2017 we had over 900 professionals, with a high technical knowledge, specialized in externalization processes and sector business, with a strong goal orientation. This has allowed us to create our own business models, with real time visibility and total transparency.

2004
2018

In 2018, ZELENZA is born with the result of integrating the Alalza and Poas Groups with 100% Spanish capital and a clear vocation of offering IT and BPO integral solutions, aligned with their business model transformation goals, tech innovation and society demands.

We’re convinced that our integal value aproach, based on R&D, will help us create new paths that go along with our clients objectives.
